Yellow Pencil was founded in 2021 with a straightforward mission: build things properly. We started with residential renovations in the GTA and quickly grew into commercial fit-outs — clinics, retail stores, restaurants, and fitness centers. Today, we manage projects up to $4 million across the Greater Toronto Area.
Our name reflects how every great build starts — with a pencil mark on a plan. We carry that same precision through every phase: from the first estimate to the final walkthrough. With 300+ completed projects and clients who keep coming back, our track record speaks for itself.
